Parkside yards and homes are looking better than ever and nothing sets off a nice home than a well landscaped and maintained yard.  We instituted the “Yard of the Month” to recognize such homes within Parkside.  Based on your interest and feedback, nominations are open to all homeowners and residents.

Let us know who you think should be yard of the month and why - 'Most improved', best maintained,  - nominate a neighbor, firend, a yard and home that catches your eye and by all means nominate yourself. 

Areas of consideration:  (1) Yard Grass appearance; (2) Edging, (3) no weeds in shrub areas and also edged, (4) shrubs groomed, 5) curb appeal.6) scope/complexity – consideration given to yards that have to be maintained on 2 or more sides, including the front7) Flowers/design (overall appearance)

(judging is done by a small team of volunteers - NON BOARD Members)
