Parkside Community House
Location: adjacent to Pool Pavilion
Opens : 2010 season
1) Parkside Community House– annex/addition to the Pool Pavilion. Like many communities, a community house is an expected amenity and the need for a larger space to house materials and supplies for the common areas, along with the need for a meeting space has been increased and options have been researched. Having an indoor meeting space will save us a monthly rental fee. This will be a nice addition for residents who want to host a reserved event at the pool. This expansion will provide additional seating area. The plan has been developed at no cost by board member Vitos St. Rose. (Plan and description attached)
This represents and important and significant upgrade to Parkside and will have a very positive impact on the desirability of Parkside as a homeowner community, as it will be noticed upon entering or leaving Parkside.
This will be built in phases: The initial phases Foundation is completed. Plans are to start main construction fall of 2009 –
